NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PRELIMINARY BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that the Leicester Town Board, County of Livingston, State of New York will hold a Public Hearing to review the proposed budget for the Town of Leicester fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022, has been compiled and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk.
Further notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. at the Leicester Town Hall located at 132 Main Street, Leicester, NY 14481. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any items herein contained. A copy of the Preliminary Budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk for inspection by any interested persons, Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Further Notice is Hereby Given, pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law, that proposed salaries for Elected Town Officers are as follows:
Town Supervisor $ 11,214.00
Town Councilman (4) $ 3,536.00 each with total of $ 14,144.00
Town Justice (2) $ 6,512.50 each with total of $ 13,025.00
Highway Superintendent $ 63,648.00
